We open, review, and process mail everyday. Once your documents have been processed we change your application status to “Partial Documents Received” or “Complete Documents Received”. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your mail.
If your status is “Complete Documents Received”, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received, reviewed, and processed your documents and the approximate turn-around time for you to receive your report.
If your status is “Partial Documents Received”, we will send you an email and let you know that we still need additional documents before we can begin your evaluation.
