We will accept an e-transcript via email directly from your institution addressed to FACS. Please have your institution use [email protected]. FACS will also accept official documents in stamped and sealed envelope sent to FACS from you.
Please Note: All documents not issued in English must be accompanied by certified English translations.
Post Secondary (University)-Required Documents
- Diploma / degree
- Transcripts/grade report/academic record
Type of Documents Required
FACS requires a photocopy or scan of front and back of the document for the diploma or degree certificate.
For the Transcripts/grade report/academic record, FACS requires an Official document in a university sealed envelope sent directly from the issuing institution -or electronically sent directly from the issuing institution to FACS.
