Translation Terms and Conditions*

1. Non-Refundable After Work Commences
Once translation work has begun following receipt of your documents, the translation fee becomes non-refundable. Translation services require immediate allocation of time and resources, which is why refunds cannot be issued after work has started.
2. Incorrect Document Submission
If you submit incorrect documents, please contact us immediately. If translation work has not yet commenced, we will do our best to accommodate changes. However, if work has already started, the original translation fee remains non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Due to Change in Need
If you no longer require the translation service after submitting your documents, please be aware that the fee is still non-refundable, as work typically begins promptly upon document receipt.

GUAM AND VERMONT BRIDGE COURSE CREDIT COMPLETION (CPA APPLICANTS ONLY)

This option is only available for CPA applicants that have completed their previously included bridge course credits. Please select to update your previous CPA evaluation to report completion of these courses. Please have the updated transcripts sent directly from your institution to [email protected] or by postal mail to: FACS 105 West Vandalia, Suite 120 Edwardsville, Illinois 62025. Updated transcript must be received within 6 months of the completion of your enrolled/anticipated credits.

Rush Service for Previously Submitted Application (optional)

Rush Service Terms*

Rush services begin upon receipt and approval of all required documents, application forms and fee payments. Applications requesting rush service are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt. Mailing time is not included in rush services. Please see mailing options below. If additional information is required to complete the evaluation, and it cannot be provided within the time frame for rush services, we will place the application in the regular processing queue and refund the rush service fee, minus a processing fee. The processing fee is 25% of the rush service fee.
