If your evaluation was completed within the last 5 years, you do not need to re-send original documents unless you have completed additional coursework outside the U.S.

APPLICANTS WITH CREDENTIALS FROM AFRICA PLEASE NOTE:
All transcripts from colleges and universities must be mailed directly to our office FROM the university or college. If your school does not provide this service, please contact us.

APPLICANTS WITH CREDENTIALS FROM CHINA PLEASE NOTE:
We require that we receive a CSSD verification of all coursework and degrees completed in the People’s Republic of China. Please visit the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center for more information. Applicants who have attended colleges or universities in the People’s Republic of China must request those institutions to provide FACS with transcripts of academic record that reports the credit value and/or class hours for each course (subject) must be provided. Note, the Certificate of Graduation may not include the full title of the degree earned. Please also include the Certificate of Degree, when applicable. Records submitted in sealed envelopes from the issuing college or university cannot be returned to the applicant. Applicants who have attended colleges or universities in the People’s Republic of China must request those institutions to provide FACS with transcripts of academic record that reports the credit value and/or class hours for each course (subject) must be provided. APPLICANTS WITH CREDENTIALS FROM LEBANON PLEASE NOTE:
Please be sure to provide us with an official copy of your Baccalaureate II, Lebanese Baccalaureate, or General Certificate of Education. We want to make sure that you receive all of the credit to which you're entitled! Without this document, we are unable to provide full credit for your bachelor's degree.

APPLICANTS WITH CREDENTIALS FROM HONG KONG PLEASE NOTE:
Applicants who have received the General Certificate of Education in Advanced Level subjects or who have passed the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination should submit official copies of these certificates or examination results that report their Advanced level subjects by title.

APPLICANTS WITH CREDENTIALS FROM SOUTH KOREA:
Please note, applicants with education completed at Yonsei University must submit hard-copy transcripts in university sealed envelopes. We will not accept electronic transcripts sent by Yonsei University.

In addition, we do not recognize credit granted by the Credit Bank System, unless we receive an official transcript(s) from the school(s) where the courses were completed. Please request the school you had attended to provide us with an official transcript(s) reporting the course by title with the credit value of the course and the grade earned in each course you had completed for which you had received credit from the Credit Bank System.

APPLICANTS WITH CREDENTIALS FROM EUROPE PLEASE NOTE:
Applicants who have attended European universities and other higher education institutions (for example, in Germany, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Russia, etc.) must request those institutions to provide FACS with an official report of all courses (subjects) by title completed toward the diploma that includes the number of instructional/lecture/seminar hours offered weekly in each course (subject) during each academic semester or year. Official copies of diplomas earned and all examination results in each course (subject) must be provided.

OHIO APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE:
If you have completed a course(s) that includes the topic of professional ethics and responsibility, please request your college or university to provide us directly with an official syllabus, course description, or letter indicating the completion of a course, which includes the subject of professional ethics and responsibilities. Professional ethics completed as part of your auditing courses or auditing sequence is acceptable to the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
