If your employer has a “Parchment Receive” account, their name will come up in the search and you will select them. If your employer or any third party is not found in the search, just scroll down the page and follow the instructions. Parchment will ask if you want to send your evaluation to "yourself or another individual". Choose "another individual". Then you will complete a short form that requests the name of the school and the email address of the school.

- Course-by-Course Evaluation with Grade Point Average:
Lists each course, its U.S. equivalency, and the grade earned, and includes a grade point average for each credential.
- Course-by-Course Evaluation: Lists the courses completed for each credential and provides the U.S. equivalency of each course.
Document-by-Document Evaluation: Provides the U.S. equivalency of each international credential.
- CLIA/Laboratory Technician Evaluations
The evaluation provides a comprehensive assessment of the U.S. equivalency of your credentials, including a detailed course-by-course breakdown of your grades, to help demonstrate compliance with CLIA requirements under 42 CFR § 493.2.
