What type of report do I need?
Our document-by-document evaluation includes a statement of the U.S. Equivalency for each of your documents and the fee is $100. A Grade Point Average option is available for an additional $50. Our courses-by-course evaluation lists your courses and the U.S. equivalency of the semester hours for each credential and the fee is $200. A Grade Point Average option is available for $50.

The process is simple and straightforward

The fee for our Document by Document Evaluation is $100. It's widely popular among international high school graduates, job applicants in the US, individuals pursuing military careers, and those aiming for US immigration. You can opt for the grade point calculation service for an additional $50 fee.
The Course by Course Evaluation, priced at $200, is perfect for applicants with university/college-level coursework or a degree planning to attend a US university. While the GPA isn't automatically included, you can request the grade point calculation for an additional $50. This fee covers the cost of one unofficial PDF copy of the evaluation report, which we'll send to you via email.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks from receiving your documents. Throughout the process, you'll receive email notifications, and your FACS portal status will be updated each time we receive and process documents for your file.
We understand the need for urgency, so we also offer expedited processing services. You can opt for a 10-business-day "RUSH" service for $250.00, a 20-business-day "RUSH" service for $150.00, or our newest addition, a 5-business-day "RUSH" service for $350.
FACS uses Parchment to send official evaluations digitally to employers. After you have reviewed your unofficial email, visit our Parchment Storefront to place your order for your official academic equivalency evaluation to be sent to your third party.
To check your Parchment status, log in to your Parchment account and navigate to your Dashboard. There, you can see when your evaluation was received and find your Parchment Document Identification Number (DID).
