For CPA training, Miles offers the McGraw Hill – CPA Study Guides – International Series – authored by Varun Jain, training videos, online test bank, live online training (200+ hours) and comprehensive support including guidance for evaluation, NTS and CPA license.

CPA - MILES ADVISORY EVALUATION OF FOREIGN CREDENTIALS

This application is to request an advisory evaluation of international credentials for Miles Education Students only. The purpose of applying to the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Examination, or if you have passed the examination, for the purpose of applying for license. This application form should be completed and submitted to us with official documents sent to our office electronically ([email protected]) or via post. Please request that your school reference your FACS ID number when sending your official documents.

FACS has partnered with Parchment for the delivery of our evaluations as of September 19, 2023. Applicants will need to create a Parchment account to have their evaluation sent to their third party (ex. university, NASBA, accounting board, employer, etc.) There is a nominal fee of $10 for an evaluation to be emailed to your third party. You will pay the $10 on your Parchment account.

Applicants for Colorado must complete a course in auditing that includes U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Please request your college or university to directly provide a course syllabus, course description, or letter from the institution indicating the coverage of U.S. GAAS.

If you have not yet met the education requirements for Guam Board of Accountancy, but are currently enrolled in an academic program outside the United States as an upper division participant in an accredited undergraduate degree program, or have been accepted by an accredited college or university to its advanced degree program, capable of fulfilling the education requirements within eighteen (18) months of the actual date you sit for your first Exam section, you may still qualify to sit for the Uniform CPA Examination. I do hereby acknowledge that I do understand and agree to the following terms and conditions relative to my Guam CPA Exam candidate status: • I am an upper division participant in an accredited college or university accounting program capable of fulfilling Guam’s educational requirements within eighteen (18) months of the actual date of sitting for my first CPA Exam section; and • I will submit my final official college or university transcripts to FACS, Inc. with a new application for advisory evaluation verifying completion of Guam’s educational requirements. The evaluation fee includes one copy of the evaluation report mailed to the board of accountancy and/or board coordinator, and one unofficial copy emailed to the applicant’s email address provided. Please note that if original documents are to be returned, a mailing service must be selected.

Rush Services

Rush Service Terms*

Rush services begin upon receipt and approval of all required documents, application forms and fee payments. Applications requesting rush service are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt. Mailing time is not included in rush services. Please see mailing options below. If additional information is required to complete the evaluation, and it cannot be provided within the time frame for rush services, we will place the application in the regular processing queue and refund the rush service fee, minus a processing fee. The processing fee is 25% of the rush service fee.
