This application is to request an advisory evaluation of education completed outside of the United States for a general purpose, such as further education, or employment. Depending on the requirements of the employer or school, or simply the type of report you want, you may choose either course-by-course or document-by-document. An optional Grade Point Average (GPA) may be added to either type of report. Please note that FACS does not prepare evaluations based on medical educations.

FACS does not provide translation services. If you require translation, FACS recommends and trusts the American Translators Association.

The above evaluation fee includes one unofficial copy e‐mailed to the applicant’s e-mail address provided on the application form. Please note that if original documents are to be returned, a mailing service must be selected below.

Optional Rush Services

Rush Service Terms*

Rush services begin upon receipt and approval of all required documents, application forms and fee payments. Applications requesting rush service are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt. Mailing time is not included in rush services. Please see mailing options below. If additional information is required to complete the evaluation, and it cannot be provided within the time frame for rush services, we will place the application in the regular processing queue and refund the rush service fee, minus a processing fee. The processing fee is 25% of the rush service fee.
