Great news for Guam ICAI (India) applicants!

The Guam Board of Accountancy has requested that we include all examinations of the ICAI in their advisory evaluations. Applicants who completed the Foundation/Intermediate/Final Examination system prior to the introduction of the Professional Education Examination system have already had their ICAI examinations included in the advisory evaluation if they were provided. Please note that in most cases, the Foundation Examination/Common Proficiency Test, by itself, is considered a repeat of courses completed, and does not count toward education requirements.

First. Is this for me?

You are eligible to apply for this amendment if:

    • You received a completed advisory evaluation for the Guam Board of Accountancy from FACS, Inc., and
    • You completed ICAI examinations in the programs following the Foundation/Intermediate/Final system (i.e., Professional Education Examination and beyond), and
    • Your ICAI examinations were started prior to the date of your advisory evaluation

Great! How does the process work?

If you are eligible for the FACS, Inc. advisory evaluation amendment, please provide us with notarized copies of your ICAI examination results via post. Please note that if your evaluation was completed in 2015 or later, we have your submitted documents on file. If your advisory evaluation was completed prior to 2015, you must submit notarized copies by post. Emailed examination results are not acceptable.

Please mail your notarized examination results to the following address:

FACS, Inc.
105 W. Vandalia St., Ste.120
