This is important! To save time for both you and us, please keep the following in mind:
1. Secondary Credentials (High School) are only required if one of these conditions exists:
-Your potential employer or school needs to see your high school studies.
-Your high school education included Advanced Level Studies
2. FACS only uses official educational documents when preparing your evaluation. Do not send photocopies or scans of your academic records, unless directed to do so by FACS.
3. Documents not issued in English must have official translations completed and sent to us.
4. Do not have your school send your documents until AFTER applying for the evaluation.
5. If your educational institution requires a written document request, please use our Academic Records RequestForm.Fill out your details, and a PDF will be emailed immediately to you. You may then submit this PDF to your educational institution.They will complete their portion of the form and submit it to us with your official records.
