SECONDARY (HIGH SCHOOL)-REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

(Secondary Credentials are only required if you would like them included in your evaluation. The only exception is CAPE results, which may earn higher education credit).

FACS requires:

  • Official examination results for the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC), the Secondary School Certificate (SSC), or the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) sent directly to FACS from the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).  Contact www.cxc.org for more information.
  • Official examination results for General Certificates of Secondary Education, General Certificates of Education, Ordinary and Advanced Level, sent directly to FACS from the examining board(s).
  • If you have not taken the external examinations or have not completed your secondary studies, you may submit your official academic records yourself if they are in an envelope sealed by your institution. Alternatively, you can arrange for your high school to send them to us directly. Documents sent to us in a sealed envelope become the property of FACS and will not be returned.

POST-SECONDARY/UNIVERSITY

FACS requires:

  • Official academic records sent directly to FACS from the issuing institution.  FACS will also accept documents that you submit yourself if they are in university-stamped and sealed envelopes.  Documents sent to us in a sealed envelope become the property of FACS and will not be returned.

Please use our Academic Records Request Form if you need to request your academic records from your institution or school.  Fill out your details, and a PDF will be emailed to you for you to submit to your institution.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY DOCUMENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH FACS
