Types of Documents Accepted
FACS requires your Original hard-copy documents to be mailed to our office. We do not accept scans from the applicant.
Post Secondary (University)-Required Documents
(If your Lebanese Baccalaureat was accepted as partial credit for your Licence or Bachelor’s degree, you must include the Lebanese Baccalaureat with your University Transcripts)

Types of Documents Accepted
FACS requires the diploma/degree certificate and the transcript to be in a university-sealed envelope. We will also accept an e-transcript via email directly from your institution to [email protected]
Please use our Academic Records Request Form if you need to request your academic records from your institution or school. Fill out your details, and a PDF will be sent to you to submit to your institution.
