- West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or
Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) issued by WAEC or NECO
AND
- Access Card (scratch card) for verification by FACS

FACS requires a photocopy or scan of front and back of the document for the diploma/degree certificate.
FACS requires an official document sent directly from the university or electronically send directly from the issuing institution to FACS. Please have your institution use [email protected]. Note that this email address is for institutional use only.
The official documents are usually printed on security paper and have a raised seal and/or fresh ink stamp.
