Pending – order is waiting for Member action.
On Hold – the order is on hold for the evaluation Other reason(s).
Approved – temporary status after Member has completed order and before PDF has sent.
Available – the credential has been made available to the receiver and is ready to be reviewed.
Complete – the credential has been viewed by the receiver, but may not have been downloaded.
Delivered – the credential has been either printed or downloaded by the receiver.
