Secondary School Document Requirements:
FACS Requires the Original Uganda Certificate of Education and the Uganda Certificate of Education.
or FACS requires the Letters of Verification issued in a stamped and sealed envelope by UNEB. This can be mailed to FACS either by the applicant or directly by the issuing institution but must remain sealed.
Post Secondary (University) Document Requirements:
FACS requires the Original diploma/degree certificate and the Original Academic Transcript.
