After you complete our online application, we will assign you a FACS identification number. We will send you an email letting you know that we have accepted your application and let you know your FACS identification number. Please include this FACS identification number with your documents and any correspondence. Examples are: 123456-GEN for a general evaluation and 246891-CPA for a CPA evaluation.
