FACS Requires

  • Year 12 Certificate of Achievement, High School Certificate, Certificate 
    of Education or equivalent 
  • Year 10 certificate or equivalent

Type of Documents Accepted

Original or Official document in an officially sealed envelope. We will accept an e-transcript via email directly from your institution addressed to FACS.  Please have your institution use [email protected].  Note that this email address is for institutional use only. 

Post Secondary (University)-Documents Required

  • Diploma / degree 
  • Transcript / grade report 

Type of Documents Accepted

FACS requires a photocopy or scan of the front and back of the document of the diploma/degree certificate.  An official document in a university-sealed envelope or MyQuals sent directly to FACS electronically is required for the transcript/grade report.  Please have your institution use [email protected].  Note that this email address is for institutional use only.  

An original document is the first issue document given to the student from the institution, typically at the completion of the studies or at the time the degree is awarded. The official documents are usually printed on security paper and have a raised seal and/or fresh ink stamp.
