Secondary (High School)-For Graduates from 1990 to present-Required Documents

FACS Requires

  • West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or Photocopy or scan of front and back of the document
    Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) issued by WAEC or NECO
  • Access Card (scratch card) for verification by FACS

Type of Documents Accepted

FACS requires a photocopy or scan of the front and back of the WAEC and Scratch Card.

Secondary (High School)-For Graduates Prior to 1991-Required Documents

FACS Requires

  • Certified Statement of Results for the General Certificate of Education issued by WAEC

Post Secondary (University)-Required Documents

FACS Requires

  •  Degree/ diploma Photocopy or scan of front and back of the document
  • Transcript / grade report Official document sent directly from the university or electronically send directly from the issuing institution to FACS.  Please have your institution use [email protected].  Note that this email address is for institutional use only.

FACS requires an Official document in an officially sealed envelope. We will accept an e-transcript via email directly from your institution addressed to FACS. Please have your institution use [email protected].  Note that this email address is for institutional use only.

 

An original document is the first issue document given to the student from the institution typically at the completion of the studies or at the time the degree is awarded. The official documents are usually printed on security paper and have a raised seal and/or fresh ink stamp.
