Below you’ll find the basic steps you’ll need to follow to apply for an evaluation. We’ve gone to great lengths to build the requirements into the forms themselves with country- and region-specific advisories, however, if you need to review the requirements, you can find them here. Your time is valuable, so we’ve worked hard to make this process as intuitive and easy as possible!
- APPLY: Click on the Applications link in the menu, and select the appropriate form, depending on your needs. Fill in the form. At the end of the application form, you will be able to pay the evaluation fee online. When you’ve completed the form, and click “Submit,” you will receive a confirmation, a summary of your request, and a FACS Application ID number. You may print this page for your reference, although a confirmation email is already on the way.
- SEND DOCUMENTS: Check your document requirements on our website. Please contact your institution(s) to have an official transcript and certificate of degree sent to our office. Please ask them to include the FACS Application ID number, if possible. We’ve made it easy – just use our Academic Records Request form and you’ll be able to download a PDF you can share with your school.
- RELAX!: Once you’ve completed Steps 1 and 2, relax, and let us prepare your advisory evaluation. If we have any questions, or are missing documents, we will contact you via email (please add [email protected] to your contacts so our mail goes to your inbox).
