Type of Documents Accepted
FACS requires the original hard-copy documents, OR if your certificate can be validated online through the Ministry Website, we will accept a photocopy of the certificado with the required QR code
Post Secondary (University)-Required Documents
FACS Requires
- Titulo (Title)
- Professional Cédula Card
- Grade report / academic record
- Curriculum/study plan (only if credits for each course are not on the transcript)
Type of Documents Accepted
FACS requires a photocopy or scan of the front and back of the document for the Professional Cédula Card and the Curriculum/study plan.
FACS requires the original Titulo (Title) and the original Grade Report
An original document is the first issue document given to the student from the institution, typically after the completion of studies or when the degree is awarded. The official documents are usually printed on security paper with a raised seal and/or fresh ink stamp.
